My Approach to Helping
I have been a mental health and substance abuse therapist since 2009. I am experienced at treating a range of populations, and have worked on college campuses, in support groups, and in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, transitions, relationship concerns, health and wellness, stress, and substance abuse.

I am a licensed professional counselor who uses a strength-based approach in conjunction with cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am also a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
I'm available for weekday appts. and I offer wknd appts. - the frequency of visits is solely up to the client, Appointments are generally 50 minutes.
