The relationship between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and “technology” is a long and complicated one. To start, the term “technology” is quite broad. Dr. Sharp will cover the most up-to-date definition of ADHD, specify what counts as “technology,” discuss the neurobiology of screen time, explain how technology affects kids and adults differently, and outline effective strategies clinicians can use in therapeutic practice.
