Sandtray Therapy is an experiential hands-on therapuetic technique that utilizes sand and miniature figurines. In this 2-hour continuing education webinar for therapists, Megan Cinnamon, LPCC-S, ICST-P will discuss:
A common myth of Sandtray Therapy is that it is only used with children. Megan will discuss why this method is so powerful and how it can benefit clients of all ages and backgrounds. In addition, she will explore items needed to get started using Sandtray Therapy in one's therapy practice and outline ways to set up a sandtray space to promote client engagement.
It can feel overwhelming when starting out, but our hope is that therapist participants will leave this webinar with actionable steps to get started using Sandtray Therapy effectively in practice. Participants will be able to ask questions during question-and-answer breaks.
