My Approach to Helping

It's easy for you to sense other people's feelings, but sometimes you feel misunderstood. You may overthink things, or you may be so intuitive that you can't tune out the noise of daily life. The gift of being highly sensitive can also come with internal struggles that may be hard for others to understand.

My knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health, coupled with my creative background in yoga and art therapy, allows me to provide support expert to highly sensitive people. I use an eclectic approach that fully honors and recognizes the powerfully interwoven connection between mind, body, spirit, and heart. Together, we create a safe space that encourages the exploration of feelings and the formation of a brand-new story founded on personal strength, hope, and resilience.

I spend considerable time getting to know my clients and adapting my approach to validate their individuality. Through a combination of intuitive and research-based techniques, I’ll empower you to move beyond the challenges and barriers that have been holding you back from living your best life.

Everyone is in this together, and no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. You have already taken the first and most important step towards finding support and setting yourself up for a more authentic and fulfilling future, by being vulnerable. Vulnerability is a brave act, and I am grateful you are here.

More Info About My Practice

I am a neurodiverse therapistsocial worker, artist, mother, empath, nature lover, and part-time animal rehabilitator on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. I identify as a pansexual and pantheistic cisgender woman.

As a therapist, I use an eclectic approach that fully honors and recognizes the powerfully interwoven connection between mind, body, spirit, and heart. Towards that end, I am currently in the process of completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, with the intention of incorporating yoga, meditation, and healing touch into my future practice.

I have always felt very passionate and drawn toward working in the field of disabilities. To honor this passion, I volunteer regularly at an Adult Resource Center, teaching art classes to adults with various intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In addition to my passion for developing bonds between people, I am a fierce animal lovercat lady, and I volunteer at a local animal shelter regularly.
