My Approach to Helping

Kelsey Edwards believes in the innate resilience of people and their ability to grow with the right tools and support. She is passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment where individuals, couples, and families can heal, enhance their lives, and create meaningful, lifelong change.

Kelsey earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and her Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University. She has extensive experience advocating for children and families affected by trauma, abuse, and neglect. As a trained practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Kelsey integrates its principles to help families rebuild trust, strengthen connections, and overcome adversity.

Known for her compassionate and empowering approach, Kelsey offers clients transparency, sharing practical resources such as books, articles, and tools to guide their growth. She cherishes the transformative moments when clients begin to connect the dots, break maladaptive patterns, and take control of their healing journey.

Kelsey’s work is rooted in her belief that healing and change are possible for everyone. She creates a welcoming and supportive space where clients can feel safe, recognize their worth, and thrive. Whether working with individuals, adolescents, or families, Kelsey is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
