My Approach to Helping

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and it takes courage to ask for help. Therapy is a safe space to explore your present and past challenges. We will work together to find strategies and resources to improve your well-being. Maybe you are feeling hopeless, anxious, or struggling with the impact of past trauma. Whatever your struggle is, I am here to help you every step of the way.

Therapy works best when clients feel heard, supported, and engaged in treatment. You can expect humor, creativity, support, validation, and respect from me as your therapist. We will work together to create a plan to achieve your goals. My approach is holistic and integrative, tailored to meet each client's unique needs. During sessions, I use humor and create a foundation of trust that allows clients to feel safe exploring their struggles. I will help you explore your thoughts, actions, and feelings. Clients learn useful coping strategies and resources to handle life's challenges. Clients often start to feel better after a few sessions.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Healing is a journey. Whether you are ready for the next step or not, I am here to answer any questions. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and find the "right" therapist, so I am happy to chat and support you in your search! I look forward to hearing from you!
