My Approach to Helping

I became a therapist to support individuals through life's challenges. As a trauma-informed therapist, I focus on empowerment, validation, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness techniques. I believe in allowing you to lead our sessions while providing support and guidance as needed. My goal is to help you find resilience and achieve your personal goals. Together, we can navigate your journey toward healing and growth.

More Info About My Practice

I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel safe and valued. As a trauma-informed therapist, I emphasize empowerment, validation, and mindfulness. Passionate about social justice, I advocate for mental health accessibility for all and support organizations focused on child advocacy, refugee resettlement, and the prevention of child abuse. My experience includes internships working with children and families who have experienced trauma, helping them on their healing journey.

I also offer spiritual guidance, integrating holistic approaches to promote healing and growth. Outside of therapy, I stay active in my community, enjoy gardening, and continually engage in learning to better serve diverse populations. My goal is to help clients build resilience, navigate life transitions, and achieve emotional well-being.
