My Approach to Helping

When you step into our session, you’ll find a space designed to feel safe, where you can truly let down your guard. Imagine a room free of judgment, where there’s no need to hide parts of yourself or worry about how you’ll be perceived. My role isn’t to judge but to walk alongside you, offering a place where you can freely explore your thoughts, fears, and hopes. Each person is unique, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some days, that might mean sitting with tough emotions in silence; other times, it’s diving into practical strategies and insights. I aim to blend compassion with encouragement, helping you move forward at a pace that feels right. It’s about finding the balance—supporting you with empathy while also nudging you toward the growth and change you deserve. In this journey together, you can expect someone who sees your strengths, even when you can’t, and who is fully invested in helping you move closer to the life you want.

More Info About My Practice

My compassion extends beyond the therapy room—I have a genuine passion for cooking and see it as another way to care for others. When possible, I prepare meals for postpartum mothers who are too busy adjusting to life with a newborn to worry about dinner. This simple act allows me to nurture others in a practical way, offering support during a time when self-care often falls to the wayside. By doing this, I bring my therapeutic warmth into the real world, giving my clients and community an added layer of care and support. For me, cooking isn’t just about food; it’s a way to foster connection, show empathy, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
