My Approach to Helping
I work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, personality diagnoses, internalized shame, and life transition issues. I also focus on men's issues and sexual problems. My clients include young adults, men, women, immigrants, university students, LGBTQ+ and questioning folks. I currently don't work with children.
More Info About My Practice
I offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I help clients navigate through various life challenges and mental health issues. By integrating psychoanalytic theories and evidence-based practices, I tailor the therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.
I believe access to mental health is a basic human right for all people. Everyone, whoever and wherever they are, has a deserving and inherent right to the highest attainable standard of mental health. If you have limited finances or don’t have insurance, please reach out and inquire about sliding scale fees.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is witnessing the profound transformations that occur within my clients. Seeing them evolve, gain greater self-awareness, and develop the capacity to navigate life's challenges with increased resilience and emotional regulation is deeply inspiring.
I hope this resonates with you!
