My Approach to Helping
Many of the clients I work with are seeking deeper inner-connection and fulfillment. They may struggle with anxiety, being overwhelmed, burn-out, unresolved trauma, or disconnection and are ready for a more embodied approach to healing. While they may not know exactly how to obtain it, deep down, they know that the power is within. They are drawn to my unique integration of traditional "talk" psychotherapy with somatic practices incorporated throughout, such as guided embodiment, meditation, breathwork, and movement, recognizing the profound healing that comes from within. Ultimately, they want to feel their full spectrum of emotions, move through suppressed emotions and live with purpose and richness.
Traditionally trained as a psychotherapist, I began to see a missing piece. I later went on to pursue an additional graduate degree in Neuroscience and extensive somatic training to bridge that gap. By integrating mind and body, I help clients release tension, build awareness, and embody the change they seek—not just in thought, but in felt, lived experience.
