I specialize in integrative individual and couples therapy for the mind and body. My perspective on therapy starts with the central belief that if you listen to your clients, they will always tell you what's going on. While that may seem very basic, unfortunately, there is very little listening going on these days. When we are listened to and are unconditionally respected and accepted, we instinctively have the right stuff inside of us to figure out our issues. That is how we grow. Helping you find that inner strength and resolve is what makes me uniquely qualified to help.
I provide therapy interventions for depression, anxiety, and trauma. I focus on developing client communication skills, resolve training, and building inner strength. By addressing sabotaging thoughts and damaging behaviors, I help my clients gain the strength and self-knowledge they need to rebuild their lives.
