You strive to be perfect, and to perform for others but it never seems to work out.

I'm a trauma therapist who focuses on helping adults who are successful but feel emotionally numb and disconnected start to reconnect with their emotions and heal. They struggle with being self-critical, and feeling like they always need to be perfect.
My goal is to guide you through the process of healing and feeling again by dealing with the deep-seated pain and issues that you've been avoiding and pushing aside for so long. This also means reconnecting with your body by healing trauma and pain that is stored there with Brainspotting Therapy. I work closely with you to give you results that are truly transformational. As a therapist, I am engaging, curious, and inquisitive. My goal is to offer you a safe place for you to be yourself and open up.
