More Info About My Practice
I am a dedicated and compassionate professional in the field of social work and mental health. I have a Master’s in Social Work from the University of SouthFlorida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of CentralFlorida. I feel I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact on individuals and communities. I have 13 years of being in the psychiatric setting. As a therapist who experienced overcoming abuse, my goal is to provide my patients lasting freedom from cpstdptsd, narcissistic abuse, debilitating depression and anxiety within three months. By providing a safe space, I use somatic therapies, dbt, nervous system regulation tools, inner childstory work to help patients find hope and lasting change.
Prior to my current work I have held key positions, including School-Based MentalHealth Therapist at The Florida Center for Early Childhood, PRN Therapist atSarasota Memorial Hospital, Children’s Counselor at Camelot Community Care, and various other impactful roles. In these positions, I provided counseling,psychoeducational services, and therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including children, individuals with epilepsy, survivors of humantrafficking, and those with persistent mental illness.
