More Info About My Practice
With a deep appreciation for functional medicine, I believe that health is multifactorial, and I aim to go beyond the diagnoses of my patients, examining the underlying root causes of mental, behavioral, and neurological health conditions. At the core of my clinical counseling practice is an integrative perspective. I work collaboratively with Newbridge’s providers, including our psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), with an understanding that mental and emotional wellbeing cannot be isolated from one's physical health. I take a holistic approach while counseling, too, aiming to help my clients seek a variety of treatment options for their mental health, so that they can achieve a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. I provide a safe, calm, and supportive space for children, adults, and their families to be themselves and to gain skills and gather tools to manage symptoms like anxiety, depression, and the many other related symptoms.
