My Approach to Helping
I\'m Alicia Lambert, a Primary Clinician at Rockland Recovery. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a background as a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, my approach is informed by a deep understanding of both the psychological and addiction-related aspects of mental health.
In my practice, I emphasize a compassionate, client-centered approach. I believe in creating a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and empowering, allowing individuals to explore their challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space. My training in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University equips me with a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, which I tailor to meet the unique needs of each client.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their journey to recovery, focusing on building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. My goal is to guide clients toward a path of healing and self-discovery, supporting them in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life.
