Though I specialize in eating issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management, I have extensive experience working with individuals all across the lifespan, experiencing vastly different challenges. I offer a tailored approach to clients to better fit their needs - whether that's sticking to a manual, or pulling from various therapeutic modalities.
