My Approach to Helping

I am a compassionate, non-judgmental, honest, and down-to-earth therapist who has more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with families, couples, and individuals throughout my career, and I am genuinely interested in helping you with your concerns. I provide a secure, comfortable setting where you may explore your issues, express yourself freely, and reach your therapeutic goals.

I offer effective treatment for a wide range of adverse issues such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, anger issues, relational challenges, and parenting issues. I am also very comfortable working with people from different age groups and ethnicities.

A key component of successful therapy is finding a therapist who is a good match for you. I offer a FREE 15 minute telephone consultation. This will allow us to discuss your concerns, and find out how well we work together.
