I have a warm, active, and curious therapy style. My goal is to support you in finding deep, sustainable healing, whatever that looks like for you. Whether you are coming in to talk through a difficult life passage or to reprocess an older wound, I'll support you in connecting with your experience in a deep way, and offer you opportunities to acquire concrete skills for managing thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I have an eclectic approach that prioritizes self-understanding and mindfulness. I am trained in multiple mindfulness-based therapies including the Trauma Resiliency Model, and also pull from cognitive behavioral, feminist, and creative arts therapies as is relevant to your needs and goals. I work hard to understand you in the unique context of where you come from and where you want to go.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced eating disorders, depression, anxiety and sexual and relational trauma. Additionally I have special insight into the needs of artists, new parents, and individuals in creative or high stress careers.
