My Approach to Helping
As a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker (LMSW), I believe that the journey to healing, though often frightening, brings you closer to your most authentic self with each step you take and each shadow you embrace. My goal as a therapist is to help you create balance in your daily life through the integration of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and energy psychology.
In our sessions, I will provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can freely discuss your worries and challenges. Together, we will explore and acquire the knowledge and skills you need to incorporate into your healing journey. Mindfulness techniques will help you stay present and grounded, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of calm. Cognitive behavioral therapy will guide you in reframing negative thought patterns and developing healthier ways of thinking, while energy psychology will address emotional blockages and promote emotional healing.
