Hi there, my name is Amanda, and welcome to my profile. I'm a solution-focused therapist who enjoys helping people reach their goals one step at a time. My main specialties include ADHD, eating issues, and anxiety-related issues, including OCD. We live in a chaotic world. That's why it is always my goal to make sure my clients feel safe and secure during our sessions together. I've been working in the mental health world for over 12 years now. I have advanced training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). I enjoy using these modalities as they offer skills and tools that allow individuals to feel independent during their mental health journeys.
