My Approach to Helping
If you’ve found yourself here, you might be feeling unsure, stuck, or overwhelmed. Maybe something big, a loss, a diagnosis, or a major life change has turned your world upside down. Or perhaps it’s been a quieter, ongoing struggle: feeling unfulfilled, doubting yourself, or wondering if life could hold more meaning. Whatever brought you here, it’s okay to feel messy, complicated, or unsure. Life can be hard, and sometimes we need space to sort through it all and reconnect with who we are.
Therapy offers that space, a chance to pause, reflect, and begin building a life that aligns with who you are at your core. My approach is built on collaboration, honesty, and curiosity. With nearly a decade of experience and evidence-based tools, I bring honesty, thoughtful humor, and a non-judgmental attitude to our work. We’ll explore your values, hopes, and fears, everything that makes you who you are. I’ll help you uncover what’s holding you back, imagine what’s possible, and take meaningful steps toward what matters most to you in life.
More Info About My Practice
I am on a continual search for understanding what it truly means to be human. I love helping people figure out how to get from where they are to where they want to be. I believe we all have an inner wisdom that helps us grow. And in a world full of distractions and outside pressures, it’s easy to lose touch with that wisdom. When we work together, I’ll help you reconnect with yourself, figure out what’s most important to you, and make choices that match your values and needs.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Therapy sessions with me are a chance to clear away distractions, regain direction, and reclaim your power. I specialize in helping people understand the tension between life, death, and anxiety, and transform the way they relate to uncertainty and impermanence. Together, we?ll explore new ways to respond to anxiety, allowing it to inform your life rather than hold you back. We will face the reality of life?s limited time and embrace both its heaviness and the freedom that comes with being present. Through this work, you?ll uncover what truly matters, confront what you've been avoiding, and focus your energy on what is most meaningful.
