My Approach to Helping
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or trauma, and struggling to find relief, you’re not alone. Many women I work with feel stuck, weighed down by emotions, and unsure of how to move forward. Reaching out is a brave step, and I’m here to support you.
In therapy, we work together. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer tools and support to help you uncover what works best. My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration, creating a space where we can explore your story and work through difficult feelings—whether it’s anxiety, grief that feels heavy, or past trauma.
Using a mix of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), we’ll find the approach that fits you. With ART, for example, we can gently reprocess painful memories without needing to relive every detail, helping you find relief faster.
Therapy is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about helping you live more fully in alignment with your values, even when life feels uncertain. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts and patterns holding you back and work toward a future where you feel more grounded and at peace with what you can’t control.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. When you’re ready, I offer online therapy to meet you wherever you are, providing support every step of the way.
