My Approach to Helping
My goal as a clinician is to provide safety and assurance as you navigate the journey of emotional healing. I encourage you to bring your whole self into the room - the parts you’re proud of, and the parts you prefer to ignore. There is no need to "have it all figured out." All I ask is that you remain open and curious to the known and unknown parts of yourself. Through this process, you will begin to better understand yourself and live a life worth living.
I am a couples and individual therapist that works from a psychodynamicrelational lens, while also incorporating IFS, Humanistic and ACT techniques. We will work to understand and heal the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. The psychotherapy I provide goes deeper than skill building, and relies on your readiness and willingness to explore your psyche.
