My Approach to Helping
I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, grief, and addictions. I am caring, and empathic, and hope to help you become the best version of yourself so that you can live your most fulfilling future! I use a variety of interventions including CBT, DBT, Person-centered focus, solution-based focus, and mindfulness. Have you ever felt depressed, anxious, or not good enough? Do you ever wonder how to move past a traumatic incident from your past? I love being able to help someone realize their full potential, become the best version of themselves, and lead a happy life.
I use active listening and reflection. I like for my clients to feel safe and secure talking about any topics in their sessions. In our first session, I will ask a variety of questions that cover multiple areas of your life to get a better understanding of your underlying issues and find ways to best address your issues at hand.
