My Approach to Helping
I help children, adults, and adolescents who struggle with behavioral, emotional, and relationship challenges by providing guidance and support through active listening and communication to overcome obstacles, utilizing calming techniques and guided imagery through Neurofeedback to alleviate symptoms related to health and behavior conditions. As well as improving focus, attention, and memory by training your brain to maximize achievement, performance, and productivity. My approach is to tailor to the needs of my clients, including applying a variety of techniques, from cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and play therapy. I use evidence-based treatment methods, and my goal is to aid you in helping yourself.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Life can get a little overwhelming at times. Whether it's stress at work, problems at home, or you just haven't been feeling like yourself, therapy can help. I can help you with the tools to cope with and resolve many different kinds of problems. I can also help you learn more about yourself, help guide you with difficult decisions, and help to improve your quality of life and overall health.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love being able to help people help themselves. I love to be able to sit, listen, provide support and be there for my client when they need someone. I love the diversity of clients I work with, so I never get bored in this industry. From play therapy with children to dialectal therapy with adults, I genuinely enjoy what I do.
