My Approach to Helping

Therapy should be a space where you feel supported, heard, and even—when appropriate—a little laughter along the way. I believe that healing happens best when we meet people where they are, without judgment, and work together to build a path forward.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have experience working in various mental health settings, including in-home, residential, and outpatient care. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which means we’ll focus on the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions while also incorporating mindfulness and skill-building to create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for ways to improve your well-being, I’m here to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and maximize your potential. Therapy is a journey, and I’d love to support you along the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me taking walks around the lake, watching sports, or exploring new places across the country.

At Omni Mental Health, we believe in providing a compassionate, supportive, and evidence-based approach to therapy.
