My approach is collaborative, and client-centered. I work alongside you to identify your unique needs and develop a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals. I utilize evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in the power of resilience and potential for growth within each person.
