My Approach to Helping
Within my practice, I use a range of core principles in Psychodynamic, or talk therapy, based on the client's needs. Through a client-centered approach, we work together in the here and now to explore thoughts, feelings, life experiences and ways of relating that may be outside your awareness that contribute to the difficulties you currently face. The increased self-awareness gained through therapy may enhance your sense of balance and feelings of well-being in your life.
I use a range of core principles in Psychodynamic Therapy and trauma-informed practices, consistent with strength-based approaches to recovery, and well-being, based on the client's needs.
