My focus puts you first and builds a strong therapeutic relationship between us through respect, empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
I have facilitated grief support groups which has provided me with an in-depth knowledge of grief and the skills that can help individuals find meaning once again after a loss. I am also a Certified Anger Management Counsellor and an EMDR Trained Practitioner
