I blend feminist therapy, ACT, and empowerment-based approaches to help you reclaim your voice and rewrite old narratives. We’ll work together to unpack internalized expectations, build self-trust, and find ways to exist in this world without losing yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you feel more like you.
