My Approach to Helping
Hello! I have a variety of experience treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, panic and other mood disorders using a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach. I believe in treating people as people, and every individual brings a unique skill-set to the table that we can tap into in order to make progress and achieve set goals! I make sure that every client has access to non-judgmental space to explore underlying issues as well as tackle every day concerns and set weekly-goals. No concern is too small and no issue is beyond treatment!

More Info About My Practice
I have spent several years using cognitive behavioral therapy to help people achieve goals and uncover and address underlying issues. I also have experience with acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other approaches that are helpful instead of or in conjunction with CBT!
