My Approach to Helping
If you are feeling stuck, isolated, confused, lonely, overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted, therapy can help. No matter what moved you to reach out today–life transitions, anxieties, traumatic experiences, the weight of systemic injustice, work stress–we can work together to help you identify and pursue the changes that help you attain your full potential.
In our sessions, I will be nonjudgmental, curious, compassionate, and supportive. We will try a variety of tools and modalities to help you make the changes you want to see in your life. We might investigate patterns you'd like to change, address thoughts that are not serving you, and use mindfulness and breathing techniques.
