My Approach to Helping
I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where my clients can explore their issues and challenges they face. I feel privileged to be able to offer my assistance to others on this shared journey and commend you for reaching out for help to make things better. I am currently accepting new clients. My services are offered at a reduced rate which makes affordability an option. My office is located in Creve Coeur which is 20 minutes from O'Fallon, 15 minutes to Chesterfield, and approx 25 minutes to downtown.
I want our time to be a place where you can talk willingly and sincerely about anything, and still feel comfortable, acknowledged and understood. You can expect to laugh a little because that is what life is about, accept yourself entirely, and mend mountains

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
If therapy is something new for you, or if you have seen a therapist before it can still be difficult to reach out and take the first step. Clients that choose to work with me- find that it does get easier and does become more comfortable. Its common for me to have clients tell me that they have been looking forward to next session.
I am a therapist that practices an alternative to talk therapy. Through EMDR, ART, IFS systems even Hypnotherapy- clients are able to turn inside and heal an alternative way than through the traditional Talk Therapy if they are comfortable.
You don't have to get through your challenges alone. Reach out today.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Let's first shake the stigma of therapy by saying -your'e not nuts, nor broken, and there's nothing inherently wrong with you. Life can be hard, things change, shit hits the fan, and trauma happens. Just because you see a therapist or have seen one in the past doesn't mean you are mentally ill or crazy.
Everybody goes through challenging situations in life, and while you could have effectively steered through other complications you've faced, there's nothing wrong with looking for additional support when you need it.Therapy is for individuals who have sufficient self-awareness to grasp that they need a helping hand, and that is something to be admired. By changing the situation and seeking therapy, you are taking responsibility by accepting where you're at in life and making a commitment to improving the situation. Therapy provides support, long-lasting benefits and gives you the utensils you need to elude triggers, overcome challenges and re-direct damaging patterns.
