I can help with life transitions, relationship problems, excelling at work, and other concerns through life coaching and talk therapy. I also provide case consultation and private practice consultations to other mental health professionals, including integration of into therapy. I have years of experience 8n private practice helping individuals with serious mental health conditions, and also people who want a private coach and talk therapy.
