My Approach to Helping
Hello, I have worked in the behavioral health field for the past 15 years and have been a licensed counselor since 072018. I use evidenced based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness to achieve the goals set forth by my clients.
My goal as a therapist is to provide hope for a better tomorrow, facilitate change to improve quality of life, and to foster healthy relationships.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty, and empowerment. My clinical focus is working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 18-65, who experience challenges with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, and lack of self-esteem.
I am here to help you through your journey of healing and growing as a person. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space to talk about your concerns. Whatever brings you to counseling, rest assured that I will treat you with respect, empathy, and understanding. I am passionate about helping individuals heal and feel empowered.
