My Approach to Helping
Life can be challenging. Therapy can provide support to navigate through difficult moments, when you are feeling stuck, and support you in finding ways to grow, shift thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with being able to live your life in a way that is meaningful for you. By working together on getting to the root of an issue we can figure out what is working, what’s not working, and how to start making changes to get you to where you want to be in your life. I believe that an important part of therapy is having a good therapeutic relationship, with someone who can support you in making change. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum and pregnancy mental health, as well as life transitions.
