My Approach to Helping

Working with me means stepping into a supportive and welcoming space where we can tackle challenges like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions together. I take the time to understand your unique needs, helping you take control of what you can while developing strategies for the things you can’t.

I offer a caring and down-to-earth approach, focusing on setting meaningful goals and celebrating your progress along the way. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey. It’s never too late or too early to invest in yourself. I’m here to walk alongside you, supporting you every step as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself.

More Info About My Practice

Helping others is central to both my personal and professional life. For the past two years, I’ve volunteered with Make-A-Wish as a Wish Granter, working with children and their families in challenging circumstances. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of connection, hope, and support—values I bring into my therapeutic approach. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered, just as I do in my volunteer work, offering guidance and care to help others reach their goals and find strength in difficult times.
