My Approach to Helping
At Transformative Therapy and Wellness, we are committed to offering compassionate counseling services to individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges. In addition to our extensive mental health support, we specialize in assisting those with eating pattern issues, including individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery. A typical treatment plan includes cognitive behavioral therapy, but the client and their issues always determine the type of treatment. I use solution-focused brief therapy with my younger clients, which works well for school and behavior issues.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Perhaps you're wondering if therapy is right for you, or maybe you have some specific worries about the process itself. Whatever it is, I'm here to listen without judgment.
Think of this initial contact as a chance to explore those feelings and get more information. You don't have to make any commitments right now. We can talk a bit about what brings you to consider therapy, your hopes, and your concerns. Ultimately, the decision to start therapy is entirely yours. My goal in this initial conversation is to provide you with the information and space you need to make an informed choice that feels right for you.
