More Info About My Practice
I believe mental health is physical health, food is medicine, and love is essential. We are all interconnected, and healing ourselves heals those around us. True healing begins when we understand that we can only control our responses, choices, and perspectives, sparking a shift deep within.
Becoming a young widowed parent in 2008 changed the course of my life. Since then, I’ve provided peer support to the grieving community, igniting a passion for addressing the unique needs of this population. As a neurodivergent mom to neurodivergent children, I’ve also become a strong advocate for neurodiversity.
My passion for educating others about grief, trauma, and neurodiversity has deepened my understanding of how these elements intersect. Learning the science behind the connection of mind, body, and spirit has been fascinating, and supporting others in these areas has been incredibly fulfilling.
