The tone I establish in sessions is one of openness and trust, where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Overall, clients can expect a therapeutic relationship that prioritizes their well-being, growth, and self-discovery, providing a safe space for exploration, reflection, and positive change. I had my first personal therapist when I was 8 years old, during my parents, marital difficulties. Unfortunately, my therapist at that time was not a good listener, and I did not feel safe in her presence. That situation motivated me to become a therapist because not only did I want to help people, but I wanted them to feel safe, heard, and supported. My passion has always been to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. I was seeing others reach their fullest potential drives me to do what I do.
Our collaboration is geared towards achieving meaningful and transformative outcomes. We'll work together to set and achieve goals that align with your personal growth and well-being. Our first therapy session primarily focuses on establishing trust, understanding your needs, and setting the groundwork for a productive therapeutic relationship focused on achieving your goals.
