My Approach to Helping
The outcome of therapy is largely built specifically on the goodness of fit betweenamong the therapist and the client(s). While there are many practicing therapists which would like to have you as their client, you are the only person who can decide what therapist is the right fit. To begin, ask yourself if the therapist you have decided on shares your values and thus will be able to examine the world from your individual perspective. Does your therapist truly understand you and all that you are?
More Info About My Practice
I practice with a sliding fee scale in an attempt to make therapy accessible to as many clients as possible.
In addition, I practice co-therapy with my wife, Claire (also a licensed therapist) in the treatment of families and couples. We provide Dyadic, co-therapy to couples as a married couple therapy team.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to help create a safe container for the soul to be seen and heard. The soul is shy, but it is the essence of a person that begs for attention in therapy.
