My Approach to Helping
Pain of any kind can be debilitating, all-consuming and can lead to feeling overwhelmed, stuck or paralyzed. You may feel that it may never go away, that things will never change or an overall sense of hopelessness. If you are reading this, chances are that you have experienced some form of pain in your life. Pain appears as addiction, chronic illness, relationship issues, family conflict, depression, grief and loss, anxiety and many other physical and emotional forms. Living with and working through these issues can be difficult but there is hope.
If you feel that you are ready to start this journey of healing, the next step may be to find the right guide. This involves finding someone you feel comfortable with, trust and can help you understand yourself better. I would like to be that guide for you.
My approach involves a direct and empathetic connection that leads to powerful growth and change. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to heal the wounds caused by addiction, conflict in families, grief and loss, trauma and living with chronic painillness.
