My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about helping individuals work through their trials and challenges to create a life where they thrive and live to their fullest potential. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), trauma, substance abuse, domestic abuse, addiction, and personality diagnoses.
My primary focus is creating a safe and trusting space for clients to fully express their emotions and explore the most effective ways to deal with their challenges. I also use evidence-based practices that enable individuals to successfully work through and manage these challenges. I provide individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and couples.

Ultimately, I believe everyone deserves to live a life filled with joy and inspiration. I also believe that with the right tools and support, this is possible for everyone. I would love to support you on your journey. Please contact me for a complimentary consultation.
