My Approach to Helping
My approach when working with others is to meet them where they are, identify any potential blockages, and partner to create a plan to overcome those blockages and achieve life goals. My training is person-centered and Jungian psychology. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to work through past traumas and trained in emotional freedom technique (EFT or more commonly known as tapping) to help with anxiety. I bring a unique background of life experiences which includes working as a manager for a fortune 500 company. Whether you struggle with day-to-day anxiety and depression or have a history of trauma, we can formulate a plan and help you overcome those blockages and achieve your life goals.
I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is deeply committed to helping others heal. Drawing from my professional training and personal experiences, I provides compassionate, tailored guidance to help clients discover their strengths and achieve their life’s purpose.
