My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I received my educational training from the University of Alabama where I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work. I offer solution-focused, strength-based therapy that focuses on mindfulness and realistic coping mechanisms for the best and most individualized treatment. My experience, insight, and down-to-earth nature offer unique and collaborative approaches to reaching the most helpful solutions for clients' core concerns. I have several years of experience working with individuals and families from various demographics and settings. I understand that if you are suffering from anxiety or depression, it is sometimes difficult and provoking to reach out for help. I will provide you with a warm and non-judgmental environment where we will be able to explore the issues that may be preventing you from living your best life.
