My Approach to Helping
Anxiety and depression can make you feel so overwhelmed that it takes a toll on your day-to-day functioning and relationships. Are you feeling lost and unsure where to go next? We’ve all gone to work and put on a face that everything is okay when, deep down, we want to isolate ourselves. Overwhelming feelings can make it challenging to make decisions. As a solution-focused therapist utilizing cognitive, dialectical, and integrative behavioral therapy, I am here to help you sort through your feelings, take the necessary steps to repair relationships and feel more centered. As your therapist, I work with you using a non-judgmental and warm approach to assist in accomplishing your goals. In addition, once we establish a comfortable rapport, I look to give you challenges that we overcome together, helping to strengthen your personal growth.
