My Approach to Helping

As women, we carry the weight of societal expectations, past traumas, and the pressures of daily life at the expense of our mind, body, and spirit. To the world, you're perfectly put together -- but on the inside, you feel like a tangled mess and you're craving a safe space where you can take off the superwoman cape for a while.

I believe you deserve to feel your absolute best. You deserve to feel healthy, to have more energy and less stress, to feel balanced and in control of your emotions, to enjoy healthy relationships and a satisfying sex life, and to unapologetically love yourself, your body, and your life.

Together, we'll peel back the layers of your unique story to identify the areas of your life that need focused care. We'll clarify your goals and develop a personalized roadmap that includes evidence-based interventions and 1-on-1 therapy support, tailored just for you.

Are you ready for a change? Let's get connected with a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk more about how you're feeling and how I can help.

More Info About My Practice

Want to talk face-to-face? Let's sit down together in my Creve Coeur office and have real conversations about how you're feeling and what's going on in your life.

Prefer therapy from the comfort of your own space? Join me for telehealth (video) therapy that's every bit as powerful as in-office therapy. Whether you live in another part of Missouri or simply prefer the convenience of online sessions, I'm here to support you wherever you are.

Tired of being stuck inside all day? Let's lace up our sneakers for walk-and-talk therapy! Walk-and-talk therapy is an alternative to the traditional, what I like to call "butt-in-the-chair" therapy. It's a relatively new type of therapy that's gaining popularity and is supported by a growing body of research. On the paved trails of a local park, we'll walk side by side at your pace to combine the benefits of talk therapy with the mood-boosting benefits of nature and physical activity.
