I operate from a client centered perspective, which means that your unique needs, values, and goals are at the heart of our therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you gain insight, make positive changes, and achieve a sense of balance and well being.
I have worked over 10 years in the field in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients and concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self esteem, body image, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions.
