My Approach to Helping

My approach to healing is centered on compassion, collaboration, and creating a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions and experiences. I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, I help clients develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges while fostering resilience and self-acceptance. My goal is to empower those I work with, providing the support and guidance needed to build healthier coping mechanisms and a stronger sense of self.

I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to create an environment where they feel seen, heard, and understood. By integrating both mind and body awareness, I encourage my clients to embrace their healing journey with self-compassion and hope.

More Info About My Practice

I provide a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including those who are exploring identity, self-worth, and personal growth. I am passionate about providing an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and those from various cultural and socioeconomic experiences. Whether clients are facing career stress, relationship challenges, or past trauma, I strive to meet them with empathy and evidence-based support tailored to their unique needs.

I also specialize in working with individuals in non-traditional relationship dynamics, including polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships. I provide an affirming space to navigate communication, boundaries, and emotional well-being, helping clients foster healthy, fulfilling relationships.

My goal is to empower clients by equipping them with the tools and support they need to build resilience, strengthen their sense of self, and create meaningful connections—both with themselves and others.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

It?s completely normal to feel unsure about starting therapy. You might wonder if your struggles are ?big enough,? if therapy will actually help, or if opening up to a stranger will feel uncomfortable. The truth is, therapy is for anyone who wants support in navigating life?s challenges, improving their relationships, or understanding themselves on a deeper level.

You don?t have to wait for a crisis to seek help?therapy can be a space for growth, self-discovery, and learning new ways to handle stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, meaning we go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

If you're curious but hesitant, I invite you to reach out. We can explore whether therapy feels like the right fit for you, without pressure or commitment. You deserve support, and taking the first step is a sign of strength?not weakness.
