My Approach to Helping

I am an experienced therapist and the owner of New Perspective Counseling, a group practice dedicated to the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. Our therapists are skilled, compassionate professionals who start by trying to understand your personal struggles and the challenges you face. From there we will work with you to develop a treatment plan. It might include learning to set boundaries, identify and change patterns and behaviors that keep you stuck and a deeper understanding and healing of old wounds. We want to help you to feel better so you can live a life full of joy and meaning .
